The impact that a recruiter has on the candidates is higher if it is good at his job. And even if a candidate had the perception to see accepted his candidacy, the idea that you would undertaking which is recruiting would still be very low, if the recruiter does not have jurisdiction. Who will have the option to choose other paths will turn their backs.

The quality of a team is not given then only the competence of those who work there, but also on the ability to evaluate. Applies to a head for a recruiter for a top manager. There is no worse situation of a talent flanked by an incompetent and not be able to tell them apart.
