Days ago Fedora has issued this nice comment on the issue of recruitment by the Employment Agencies, saying that they "most often damaged quite the contrary." And I came up with this chart. The impact that a recruiter has on the candidates is higher if you are good at doing his job. And even if a candidate had the perception to see accepted his application, the idea that you would do that is recruiting firm would still be very low, if the recruiter is not competent. Who will have the opportunity to choose other paths will turn their backs.
Message: the best, with a higher potential, and that they have a choice, will always go where there are better actors able to evaluate them.

The quality of a team is not given then only by the expertise of those who work there, but also by the ability to evaluate. Applies to a chief for a recruiter for a top manager. There is no worse situation than a talent flanked by an incompetent and not be able to tell them apart.
